How I can help

Support shaped around you

Every session starts from what's actually happening for you, not a fixed programme. Together we build understanding, practical coping strategies, and space for longer-term change.

Low mood & depression

A confidential space to work through what's contributing to low mood and rebuild steadier ground.

Stress & burnout

Practical strategies for overwhelm and pressure at work or home, including workplace occupational health referrals.

Workplace mental health

Support for work-related stress, burnout and pressure, drawing on experience with workplace occupational health referrals.

Self-esteem & confidence

A supportive space to work on how you see yourself and build a steadier sense of self-worth.

Life transitions & personal growth

A calm, non-judgemental place to think out loud and decide what comes next.

Choose your format

Telephone or online video

Both are delivered to the same standard, by the same person, for the same fee. The choice is entirely about what suits you.

Telephone counselling

Audio-only, no video or app required, just a phone call in a private space. Popular with clients who find video tiring or want to talk while walking.

Online video counselling

Secure video call from wherever suits you. Keeps facial expression and body language part of the conversation, with no travel time.

Getting started

Three simple steps

  1. Get in touch

Send me an email telling me a little about what you're looking for. There's no form to fill in and no obligation.

  2. An introductory chat

We talk through what's brought you here, how I work, and whether it feels like a good fit. Questions very welcome.

  3. Begin sessions

We agree a time that works and meet by secure video or telephone. Sessions run for an hour, or 30 minutes where appropriate.

Experience
